Unconditional Obligation to Proceed. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Contractor will proceed with the Work so as to complete the Work on or before the Substantial Completion Date even if it has a dispute with the Owner concerning a Construction Contract Amendment, a Construction Change Directive or any extension of time which is or could be due to the Contractor pursuant to a Contract Amendment, a Construction Change Directive or otherwise.
