Unconditional Right of Bondholders to Receive Principal, Premium and Interest. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the Holder of any Bond shall have the right, which is absolute and unconditional, to receive payment of the principal of (and premium, if any) and interest on such Bond on the respective stated maturity and due dates expressed in such Bond (or, in the case of redemption, on the redemption date) and to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment, and such rights shall not be impaired without the consent of such Holder.
Unconditional Right of Bondholders to Receive Principal, Premium and Interest. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Indenture, the Holder of any Bond shall have the right which is absolute and unconditional to receive, after payment of all amounts due to the Trustee hereunder, payment of the principal of and (subject to Section 7.10) interest on any such Bond on the respective Stated Maturities expressed in such Bond (or, in the case of redemption, on the Redemption Date), and to institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment, and such rights shall not be impaired without the consent of such Holder; provided, however, that no Bondholder shall be entitled to take any action or institute any such suit to enforce the payment of his Bonds, whether for principal, interest or premium, if and to the extent that the taking of such action or the institution or prosecution of any such suit or the entry of judgment therein would under applicable law result in a surrender, impairment, waiver or loss of the lien of this Indenture upon the Trust Estate, or any part thereof, as security for Bonds held by any other Bondholder.
