Uncontrolled Standby Time. Uncontrolled standby time is any time in which an employee who the Sheriff or designee requires the employee to be available to respond to assist other deputies in a reasonable amount of time, will be compensated at the rate of $.50 per hour for each hour period of uncontrolled standby time.
