UNCOVERING AND CORRECTING CONSTRUCTION WORK. (A) Design/Builder Not to Cover Construction Work Contrary to Requirements: If any of the Construction Work is covered, concealed or obscured contrary to the written request of Owner, or contrary to any provision of the Contract, said Construction Work shall, if required by Owner, be uncovered for inspection and shall be properly replaced at Design/Builder's expense without change in the Contract Time.
