Common use of Undeliverables Clause in Contracts

Undeliverables. If the Parcel is deemed to contain Unacceptable Goods, the recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located, or the recipient refuses delivery (collectively, “Undeliverables”), PBI will use reasonable efforts to instruct the USPS to return the Parcel to the Facility from which the Parcel originated at your cost.
