Under Minn Stat. § 270C.65, subd. 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies, and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. In the Event of Forecasted Surpluses If the HSP is forecasting a surplus, the Funder may take one or more of the following actions: adjust the amount of Funding to be paid under Schedule A, require the repayment of excess Funding; adjust the amount of any future funding installments accordingly.
