Economic Impact Plan definition

Economic Impact Plan means an economic impact plan within the meaning of Section 7-53-312 of the IDB Act.
Economic Impact Plan means a document that describes the area subject to the tax increment financing, the “project” within the meaning of the Act, the expected benefits to Shelby County and/or Memphis, and the mechanics of allocating Incremental Tax Revenues from the Plan Area during the term specified in the Economic Impact Plan.
Economic Impact Plan shall have the meaning given to such term in the Recitals of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Economic Impact Plan

Economic Impact Plan means a written document as codified under T.C.A. § 7‐53‐312 (b), identifying a Plan Area, and among other requirements, discusses the expected economic benefits to be derived from such area, included the anticipated tax receipts and jobs created.

Related to Economic Impact Plan

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
