Actions under the Program The actions taken by the Recipient under the Program include the following:
Payments under Assigned Agreement PG&E shall make all payments due to Seller under the Assigned Agreement from and after the date hereof to [__________], as depositary agent, to ABA No. [__________], Account No. [__________], and Seller hereby irrevocably consents to any and all such payments being made in such manner. Each of Seller, PG&E and Financing Provider agrees that each such payment by PG&E to such depositary agent of amounts due to Seller from PG&E under the Assigned Agreement shall satisfy PG&E’s corresponding payment obligation under the Assigned Agreement.
Coverage Under the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan From July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, health coverage under the SEGIP will continue at the level in effect on June 30, 2019. Effective January 1, 2020, Advantage will cover eligible services subject to the copayments, deductibles and coinsurance coverage limits stated. Services provided through Advantage are subject to the managed care procedures and principles, including standards of medical necessity and appropriate practice, of the plan administrators. Coverage details are provided in the Advantage Summary of Benefits.
Losses Under the Stated Threshold After the Shared Loss Payment Trigger is reached, not later than fifteen (15) days after the date on which the Receiver receives the Monthly Certificate, the Receiver shall pay to the Assuming Bank, in immediately available funds, an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Monthly Shared-Loss Amount reported on the Monthly Certificate. If the total Monthly Shared-Loss Amount reported on the Monthly Certificate is a negative number, the Assuming Bank shall pay to the Receiver in immediately available funds eighty percent (80%) of that amount.

The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the staff member. The staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The staff member and the receiving institution/enterprise will communicate to the sending institution any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period. In the case of mobility between Programme and Partner Countries, this agreement must be always signed by the staff member, the Programme Country HEI as beneficiary and the Partner Country HEI as sending or receiving organisation. In case of mobility from Partner Country HEIs to Programme Country enterprises the last box should be duplicated to include the signature of the Programme Country HEI (the beneficiary) and the receiving organisation (four signatures in total).
Assuming Bank’s Liquidation of Remaining Single Family Shared-Loss Loans In the event that the Assuming Bank does not conduct a Portfolio Sale pursuant to Section 4.1, the Receiver shall have the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to require the Assuming Bank to liquidate for cash consideration, any Single Family Shared-Loss Loans held by the Assuming Bank at any time after the date that is six months prior to the Termination Date. If the Receiver exercises its option under this Section 4.2, it must give notice in writing to the Assuming Bank, setting forth the time period within which the Assuming Bank shall be required to liquidate the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans. The Assuming Bank will comply with the Receiver’s notice and must liquidate the Single Family Shared-Loss Loans as soon as reasonably practicable by means of sealed bid sales to third parties, not including any of the Assuming Bank’s affiliates, contractors, or any affiliates of the Assuming Bank’s contractors. The selection of any financial advisor or other third party broker or sales agent retained for the liquidation of the remaining Single Family Shared-Loss Loans pursuant to this Section shall be subject to the prior approval of the Receiver, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

Statement of Rights Under the Newborns’ and Mothers Health Protection Act Under federal law, group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group healthcare coverage generally may not restrict benefits for any hospital length of stay in connection with childbirth for the mother or newborn child to less than forty-eight (48) hours following a vaginal delivery, or less than ninety-six (96) hours following a delivery by cesarean section. However, the plan or issuer may pay for a shorter stay if the attending provider (e.g., your physician, nurse midwife, or physician assistant), after consultation with the mother, discharges the mother or newborn earlier. Also, under federal law, plans and issuers may not set the level of benefits or out-of- pocket costs so that any later portion of the 48-hour (or 96-hour) stay is treated in a manner less favorable to the mother or newborn than any earlier portion of the stay. In addition, a plan or issuer may not, under federal law, require that a physician or other healthcare provider obtain authorization for prescribing a length of stay of up to 48 hours (or 96 hours). In accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-17.1, this plan covers a minimum inpatient hospital stay of forty-eight (48) hours from the time of a vaginal delivery and ninety-six
