Common use of Underpayments Clause in Contracts

Underpayments. Where the head of service agrees that an employee has been underpaid on the employee’s ordinary hourly rate of pay, and the employee requests, an offline payment for the amount owing will be made to the employee within three working days of the head of service receiving the request.
