Understanding and expectations. The remedies described in this Article 11 contemplate Vendor’s timely and responsive per- formance of the Services in accordance with all the terms of this CTSA, and to the creation of a flexible and responsive relationship between the Parties. Notwithstanding the forego- ing, DIR reserves the right to proceed with all remedies available to it when such action would be in the best interest of the State. Billing Disputes are governed by Section 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
