Undertaking has Cultural Resources Present. Additional consideration must be given to those undertakings where archaeological sites or TCPs are identified during the pre-field information review, or when archaeological sites or TCPs are identified during the pedestrian cultural resources inventory. This policy does not apply to isolated occurrences. Once identified, Conservation Planners must notify the NRCS Utah State or Area CRS and schedule a field visit. The NRCS Utah CRS will formally document the cultural resource and determine its eligibility for the NRHP. To be considered as a Category III undertaking, the NRCS Utah CRS will coordinate with Conservation Planners to ensure that the proposed conservation activities, practices, or enhancements can be designed to avoid the cultural resource by at least 50 feet to reduce or eliminate impacts to the cultural resource. Additional consultation is required for cultural resources that cannot be avoided by 50 feet during implementation.

Undertaking has Cultural Resources Present. Additional consideration must be given to those undertakings where possible cultural resources are identified during the Planning Level Review or during the cultural resources survey. If possible cultural resources are identified during the Planning Level Review, Certified Planners must notify the NRCS Oregon State or Basin CRS and schedule a field visit with a CRS. The NRCS Oregon CRS will formally document the cultural resource and determine the level of effect, if any. The CRS will coordinate with Certified Planners to ensure that the proposed undertaking can be designed to avoid the cultural resource by at least 100 feet to eliminate impacts to the cultural resource. Undertakings that cannot be avoided by 100 feet or more during implementation shall be classified as Category IV or V.

  • FINANCIAL RESOURCES The Adviser has the financial resources available to it necessary for the performance of its services and obligations contemplated in the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Prospectus, and under this Agreement, the Investment Management Agreement and the Administration Agreement.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees will conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING BOYCOTTING CERTAIN ENERGY COMPANIES (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree, when it is applicable, to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: If (a) company is not a sole proprietorship; (b) company has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required.
