Examples of Category III in a sentence
Category III - serious mental health issues and substance use disorders: Examples would include most individuals diagnosed with Schizophrenia, other Psychotic Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, severe Major Depressive Disorders, as well as individuals with very complex behavioral problems and Dissociative Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorders, in addition to the Substance Use Disorder(s).
In addition, some individuals in Category III who are stabilized on medications and who do not have significant behavioral problems may be in this category.
Any subsequent Category III violation within the same two years will be charged at the second level.
Category III EMPLOYEES shall receive a minimum of one observation in each semester.
These provisions shall apply only to represented employees who have been designated as Category III or Category IV, and may be exercised not more than ten (10) times in any calendar month.
