Common use of Undertakings of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Undertakings of Contractor. 4.1. Contractor warrants to Employment Business that by entering into and performing its obligations under this Agreement it will not thereby be in breach of any obligation that it owes to any third party. Contractor further warrants to Employment Business that Representative, by performing Services on behalf of Contractor, will not thereby be in breach of any obligation that it owes to any third party.
