Special Events Option. Concessionaire shall have the first option, upon request by the City or the SouthRidge Golf Professional, but shall not be obligated, to provide luncheons or other meals for special occasions, including but not limited to association meetings and tournaments. In the event such a request is made and Concessionaire elects not to provide such services, the City or the SouthRidge Golf Professional may provide food and beverage services through other means. Such services shall not make use of the Concession Space, unless approved by Concessionaire.
