Undertakings; Relationship Between the Parties. 1.1 The Parties hereby agree to work together under this LNTP for the purposes of jointly cooperating and exchanging information between and among each other in order for Owner and Vendor to reach mutually agreeable terms for the Agreement. Such Agreement shall define the rights and obligations among the Parties with respect to the scope of responsibilities of each Party.
