Unearned Contributions Sample Clauses

Unearned Contributions. If a Member's participation in a program of PACT is canceled under Article 23 hereof, with or without cancellation of membership in PACT, and such cancellation is effective before the end of the Policy Year for that program, PACT shall promptly determine and return to the Member the amount of any unearned contributions payment for the Policy year.
