  • Reportable Events under Section III J.1.c. For Reportable Events under Section III.J.1.c, the report to OIG shall include:

  • Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.

  • USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works International Competitive Bidding. Goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • Grant Regulations; Definitions Section 1.01. All provisions of the Special Operations Grant Regulations of ADB, dated 7 February 2005 (the “Grant Regulations”), are hereby made applicable to this Grant Agreement with the same force and effect as if they were fully set forth herein.

  • All Legal Provisions Deemed Included It is the intent and understanding of the Contractor and NYSERDA that each and every provision of law required by the laws of the State of New York to be contained in this Agreement shall be contained herein, and if, through mistake, oversight or otherwise, any such provision is not contained herein, or is not contained herein in correct form, this Agreement shall, upon the application of either NYSERDA or the Contractor, promptly be amended so as to comply strictly with the laws of the State of New York with respect to the inclusion in this Agreement of all such provisions.

  • Convicted and Discriminatory Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133 and 287.134, F.S., an entity or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List or the Discriminatory Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List or the Discriminatory Vendor List during the term of the Contract.

  • Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.
