Common use of Unenforceable or Invalid Term Clause in Contracts

Unenforceable or Invalid Term. Should any term or provision of this Contract be held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining terms and provisions shall not be affected and this Contract shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable term or provision had never been included.
