Savings Credited to Owner. If the allowable, final, verified, audited amount of the cost of General Conditions, Cost of the Work, Allowance items and CM’s Contingency is less than the amount established for each of those categories in the originally approved Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal, the entire difference shall be credited to the Owner as savings and the final contract amount shall be adjusted accordingly. When buyout of the Project is at least 85% complete, the Owner may recognize any savings achieved to that point by issuing a deductive change order for the saved amount.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means:

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

The member must be covered under the HSA plan for the months in which contributions are made. HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN (HDHP) is a health plan that satisfies certain requirements with respect to deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses. The plan cannot provide payment for any covered healthcare service until the plan year deductible is satisfied, with the exception of preventive care services. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Retirement Contribution The State shall, as permitted by 5 M.R.S.A. §17702 §§s5 and 6, pay the cost of the 6.5% or 7.5% retirement contribution for employees in the following classifications.
