Uniform Administration. Whenever, in the administration of the Plan, any action is taken by the Plan Administrator, such action shall be uniform in nature as applied to all persons similarly situated and no such action shall be taken which shall discriminate in favor of Participants who are officers, shareholders, or are Highly Compensated Participants.
