Common use of Uniform Committee Clause in Contracts

Uniform Committee. L.C. may designate a committee of three (3) members to make recommendations (which represent a consensus of the committee) to the Chief of Police concerning members' uniforms. Any proposed change(s) to the uniforms shall be reviewed by the Uniform Committee, and the Committee shall make a recommendation to the Chief of Police regarding such proposed change(s) prior to the final decision by the Chief.
