Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits. It is hereby agreed that, except as otherwise specified in any Letter of Credit, each commercial Letter of Credit shall be subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits and each standby Letter of Credit shall be subject to the International Standby Practices (ISP 98).
