Uniform Definitions; Cross references. The capitalized terms used herein and defined in the Note Agreement but not otherwise defined in this Agreement are used herein with the meaning therein specified. Each reference to a particular section paragraph or other provision of the Note Agreement is a reference to such section, paragraph or other provision.

Each term shall include the plural as well as the singular and vice-versa.
