Common use of Uniform Relationship to Compensation Clause in Contracts

Uniform Relationship to Compensation. (a) All Employer contributions to this Plan shall bear a uniform relationship to the total Compensation (not to exceed $200,000, or such higher amount as may be permitted under law) of each Participant. (b) If the Employer elects the Flat Dollar Contribution allocation in the Adoption Agreement, such contributions shall be deemed to bear a uniform relationship to the total compensation of each Participant.
