Uniformity of flow. The Shipper must provide or cause to be provided such pulsation dampening equipment as may be necessary upstream of any Receipt Point or downstream of any Delivery Point to ensure that any facilities do not cause interference with the accuracy of the Measuring Equipment due to non-uniform flow.
