Common use of UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT AND PARKING Clause in Contracts

UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT AND PARKING. ‌ A. Uniforms and PPE‌ The parties recognize the need for its physical plant field employees to have a professional appearance and to be provided with the necessary equipment and tools to carry out the functions of the jobs as directed by the College. The College shall provide, maintain and replace as needed, all uniforms and required personal protective equipment for its physical plant field employees. Consequently, the College shall provide, without cost to employees, the following uniform items: shirts, pants, fall/spring jacket, winter coat and work gloves. Reasonable requests for replacement or repair of such uniforms and/or equipment shall not be denied by the College.
