Common use of Unilateral Negotiations Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Unilateral Negotiations Prohibited. No agreement, understanding, consideration, or interpretation which alters, varies, waives, or modifies any of the terms or conditions contained in this Contract shall be made with any Employee or group of Employees by the Board or any of the Board’s agents or representatives, unless it has been made, ratified, and agreed to in writing by the Board and the Association. Any such agreement shall not constitute a precedent in the future enforcement of any of the terms contained herein.
