Unilateral Suspension of Services. The Town may suspend the Contractor’s performance of the Services at the Town's discretion and for any reason by delivery of written notice of suspension to the Contractor which notice shall state a specific date of suspension. Upon receipt of such notice of suspension, the Contractor shall immediately cease performance of the Services on the date of suspension except:

Upon receipt of such notice of suspension, HFHSVV shall immediately cease performance of the Services on the date of suspension.
Unilateral Suspension of Services. The Town may suspend Oskar Blues’s performance of its obligations at the Town's discretion and for any reason by delivery of written notice of suspension to Oskar Blues which notice shall state a specific date of suspension. Upon receipt of such notice of suspension, Oskar Blues shall immediately cease performance of its obligations on the date of suspension except: (1) as may be specifically authorized by the notice of suspension; or (2) for the submission of an invoice for payment in accordance with this Agreement.
