Uninsured Practice of Law. A member of Contractor's attorney staff has engaged in the practice of law in an area not covered by Contractor's or the attorney's professional liability insurance coverage.

  • AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE The CONTRACTOR hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to, conduct its business, and that it will at all times conduct its business activities in a reputable manner. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.

  • Malpractice Insurance During the entire contract period, and at the Contractor's own expense in whole or in part from contract funds, Contractor shall ensure that each of its attorneys has malpractice insurance coverage in the minimum amount required by the Oregon State Bar. Contractor shall provide proof of such insurance to PDSC on request.
