Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist. Lessor has declined and is not providing to You any coverage at all for losses which You or Your passengers may sustain due to the acts of negligence of an Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, however, if applicable law requires that the Lessor provide Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists protection to the Vehicle, then the Lessor shall provide the minimum level of applicable statutory protection.
