Uninterrupted Lunch. No teacher shall be assigned any duty or be required to attend meetings during the teacher’s uninterrupted 30-minute lunch time.
Uninterrupted Lunch. All administrative assistants working (6) consecutive hours or more will be provided with at least 30 minutes duty free lunch period. The lunch period will be scheduled cooperatively between the administrative assistant and appropriate supervisor. ARTICLE XXIII

  • Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty- eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.

  • Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

  • Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that Your access to the Website may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that the Company shall have no liability for any damage or loss caused as a result of such downtime.

  • Weekend Work (a) Overtime work on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half (1.5) for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter, provided that all overtime worked after 12 noon on Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.

  • Interruption A reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Section 14.7.
