Common use of Union Access to Employee Information Clause in Contracts

Union Access to Employee Information. The Union will have the same right of access to employment information as the employee, as set out in the preceding clause, providing the employee gives her/his authorization to the Corporation in writing. The authorization will not give repeated right of access to the Union unless the employee so stipulates. In giving the Union such access, the employee agrees to hold the Corporation harmless with respect to the Union's stewardship of that information.
