Common use of Union Access to the Unit Clause in Contracts

Union Access to the Unit. An authorized representative of the Union shall be permitted to enter the unit at any reasonable time in the interest of the employees covered by this Agreement, provided that the Manager on duty is first contacted, and that there will be no disruption of employee’s duties.
