UNION AND EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY. 4.1 All employees agree to give their best efforts at all times to the performance of their work, and will not in any circumstances deliberately delay, shirk, or cause delay to any work through xxxxx grievances, but will carry on with their work while any grievance is being investigated.
