Union Benefit Plans. NAV CANADA shall provide a voluntary revocable check-off of premiums payable on health and sickness, and life insurance plans provided by the Union for its members on the basis of production of appropriate documentation, provided that the amounts so deducted are combined with Union dues and initiation fees in a single monthly deduction.
