Union Dues and Fair Share Fee Rates. The regular monthly Union dues and Fair Share fee rates for bargaining unit employees shall be established by the Union, provided that the Fair Share fee rate shall not exceed Union dues rate. Any change in these rates will be certified to the City Manager by an authorized officer or officers of the Union at least one (1) month in advance of the effective date of such change.
