UNION DUES AND ORIENTATION. The Company shall honour an employee's written assignment of wages to the Union and shall make the deductions from the employee's pay bi-weekly and remit same to the Financial Secretary of the Union, for such employees as have authorized the Company to do so by their signature to an agreed form of authorization in compliance with the Nova Scotia Trade Union Act. The Union will be included as part of the present orientation program of N.S. Power. An information session for Unionized employees will be given by the Business Manager or area representative at the orientation program.
