Union Fee Deductions. 37.1 The manner of deduction, the remittance of subscriptions and any commission payable shall be determined by agreement with the Chief Executive of the Union. (a) The Employer, when requested in writing by the Union shall, within one (1) month of receipt of such request, supply to the Union a list of all Employees. (b) Such requests shall not be made to the Employer at intervals of less than six (6) months.
