Study at Other Institutions. 3.6.1 Your manager may agree to meet some or all of the tuition costs to enable you to obtain relevant qualifications, other than a doctorate, from another tertiary institution if the qualification is not obtainable at Xxxxxx University, or where it was agreed at the time of appointment that you could complete a programme of study already commenced at another institution. The granting of such tuition costs each year shall be subject to your satisfactory progress in work and studies.

  • Other Insurance If requested by the Director, Contractor shall furnish adequate evidence of Social Security and Unemployment Compensation Insurance, to the extent applicable to Contractor’s operations under this Agreement.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer.   • Florida Authorized Insurers All insurance shall be with insurers authorized and eligible to transact the applicable line of insurance business in the State of Florida. The Contractor shall provide Certification(s) of Insurance evidencing that all appropriate coverage is in place and showing the Department to be an additional insured.
