Union Hearing on New Acts. Insofar as it is consistent with current Parliamentary practice, the BC Public Service Agency agrees to afford the Union, at its request, a hearing to comment upon, or propose change to, after First Reading, any Bill or Act which bears directly upon the bargaining unit. The Agency further agrees to convey any written information to the Minister responsible for the Act under which the Union is certified.
