Union Inclusion on University Committees. The parties agree that AFSCME representation will be included on University Committees, including, but not limited to, Safety and Wellness, that have an impact on the AFSCME bargaining Unit. This does not include any Committees that may be excluded because of agreements with other Labor Organizations.
