Common use of Union Information Clause in Contracts

Union Information. 3.7.3.1 Upon the Union’s specific written request to the Employee Relations Department and provided that the disclosure does not violate state or federal law, the City shall provide all information that is necessary and relevant for the Union to discharge its representation.
