Union Informed of Change in Structure. The Employer shall inform the Union prior to any change to an out-of scope job title or when the Employer adds or deletes an out-of-scope classification. For changes to an out-of-scope job title and when an out-of-scope classification is added, the Employer shall forward the new job description to the Negotiating Unit Chairperson with copies to the SGEU Staff Representative and SAHO.
