Union Membership Termination. The Union agrees to give the Employer seven (7) days advance notice of the termination of the membership of any em ployee for failure of the employee to tender the peri odic dues uniformly required as a condition of main taining membership. Upon failure of the employee to tender the periodic dues required as a condition of retaining membership, the Employer shall and hereby agrees to discharge such employee within seven (7) days after receiving notice from the Union.
