Common use of Union Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Union Negotiations. Manager will negotiate, subject to owner's right to have a representative present at any time, with any labor union lawfully entitled to represent employees of the Project. Manager shall not enter into any collective bargaining agreements or labor contracts with respect to employees of the Project without the prior written consent of Owner, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
