Common use of UNION NOTICES Clause in Contracts

UNION NOTICES. (a) If the Union xxxxxxx desires to post a Union notice on a bulletin board provided for such purpose, such notice shall be first submitted to the Director, Human Resources, or their designate, for approval. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Neither the University, nor the Union, nor any employee shall make any change in such notice thereafter.
