By signing this Agreement, Contractor hereby acknowledges the applicability of Government Code Section 16645 through Section 16649 to this Agreement except to the extent any of those statutes are made inapplicable by the decision of the U. S. Supreme Court in Chamber of Commerce of U.S. x. Xxxxx (2008) 554 U.S. 60.
