Union Permission Clause Samples

Union Permission. It is agreed that in the event the Employer institutes a training programme the Employer must first receive permission from the Union in each and every instance. This programme shall not exceed forty-five (45) days. Failure on the part of the Employer to receive such permission from the Union there shall be no training programme.
