UNION PRINCIPLES. The Employer shall not discharge or discriminate against any employee for upholding Union principles, as long as such act does not constitute a violation of this Agreement, and nothing herein shall be so construed as to abrogate an employee’s right under the law, including the right individually to refuse to cross a bona fide picket line established in a bona fide dispute by any bona fide labor organization.
