UNION RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION. 4.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the certified bargaining agent for all Employees within the scope of Alberta Labour Relations Board Certificate Number 218-97, granted pursuant to the Public Service Employee Relations Act, namely, “All Employees when employed in administrative and support services” except those Employees excluded by written agreement between the parties. The Employer shall not enter into any separate written agreement(s) with an Employee, or group of Employees which compromises the terms or conditions of employment contained in this Agreement without prior approval of the Union.
